Amber Strauser

This is Amber’s second season with the Nuclear Cowboyz tour. She is a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, real Las Vegas Showgirl, former member of Lingerie Football League, and member of Purrfect Angelz and Diamond Bettys  

Age began performing:6 years old and professionally at age 16

Accomplished footnotes in dance:  

Amber cheered for the Dallas Cowboys for two seasons while studying pre-med at Southern Methodist University. At SMU, she won the Ms. SMU Body Building 2000 competition and "Best Poser" award. Amber placed school on hold to follow her dreams as a dancer. She’s performed on cruise line HOLLAND AMERICA, in the magic show SANDCASTLE located on the island of Saipan, as a showgirl in MIDNIGHT FANTASY at the Gold Strike Casino in Tunica, Mississippi and starred in PARTY GIRLS at Harvey’s Casino in Lake Tahoe. She’s toured Italy in the cabaret show MADE IN AMERICA, danced in Paris, France at DISNEYLAND alongside Stitch, and performed in Thessaloniki, Greece as “Pain” from the Las Vegas vampire show BITE. Be sure to visit Amber at the Luxor Hotel in Vegas where she frequently dances in the show FANTASY. Amber can be seen on the Fit TV show THE GYM, co-starred on NIP TUCK, THE DEFENDERS and 1000 WAYS TO DIE, in Mariah Carey’s music video “I Stay In Love,” dancing along side Trace Adkins and Toby Keith on the ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS as well as Billy Ray Cyrus on NASHVILLE STAR.  

When Amber isn’t dancing, she puts her yoga and personal training certifications to use, and she voluntarily reads to elementary students weekly.
