Bernard Lyght

Lyght is a trained gymnast, tumbler and stunt man.  When he is not performing as a Shadow Warrior Fighter with Nuclear Cowboyz, Lyght coaches young people for United Cheerleading and Performance Dance Center and .

NC: What inspired you to do you what you do?  

BL: Growing up, Power Rangers inspired me.  I also had support from a lot of people that helped me to become who I am.

NC: How do you keep fit?  

BL: Coaching. I don’t teach what I am unable to do, and I do a lot. Tumbling, gymnastics, martial arts tricking, break dancing, parkour and free running keep me in shape.

NC: Is there anything that people might be surprised to know about you? 

BL: You are going to have to get to know me better before I answer that question.
