Hey guys, Mason here! Wish I had a cool story about how well Pittsburgh went this past weekend and how fun the show was, but as luck would have it I crashed in practice and didn't even make it to the damn show! From what I remember Pittsburgh was a blast though. I flew in late on New Years eve, watched Travis air out his Rally car, ate a chicken quesadilla, and then went to bed. Friday we had a long day of rehearsals and a show run though so I didn't want to be hurting too bad from celebrating New Years, therefore bed right after midnight! Friday went good. It felt good to be back on the bike after 2 weeks off and I was happy to see all my buds and get to do some hanging out. We did the walk through and then did the whole show, everything went good! I was really looking forward to getting this thing underway and seeing the progress of the show. We had been working on this show so hard, I couldn't wait to see how it came out and how the public would take it. Like I said though in Saturdays practice leading up to the show I took the old Yamaha 250 down and got a nice trip to the hospital in Pittsburgh. It was just a bad deal. I had ripped through all my tricks, was feeling good and decided I would just do some whips to get some seat time since I hadn't been riding much. Well one whip got away from me, I landed sideways and went directly to my head which KO'd me. When I woke up all I could think about was how awesome this was to get 2010 underway, first show and I don't even make it to the damn thing. Once I calmed down I realized that this kind of thing happens in our sport and I was very thankful that a sore melon was all I got out of the whole deal. I'm feeling better already, so hopefully I make it out to Richmond to redeem myself this weekend! Thank you to everyone who is supporting this tour, it's going to be a fun year!!
Love always
